S. G. McTyre, P.C. generally bills on a flat fee, for immigration matters, rather than on an hourly, basis. Fees in each case reflect the individual facts presented, the urgency of the client’s problem, and the anticipated time and skill required to achieve the client’s goals. An initial retainer is required for the firm to accept the case. The balance is billed either on the basis of the completion of the various stages of the case or on budgetable equal monthly payments. The following are standard fees charged for some of the more common cases.
