A New Jersey judge's order issued two days before Christmas to shut down three anti-H-1B visa Web sites is drawing sharp criticism from an attorney at the Electronic Frontier Foundation.

House immigration bill would overhaul H-1B visa program
The proposed legislation would create a federal agency to review U.S. employment needs, create a new type of visa for founders of start-up companies and increase the supply of H-1B visas.

U.S. figures show most H-1B visa holders are under 35
The U.S. reached the 85,000 H-1B visa cap late last month thanks to a fourth quarter spike in demand.

And, according to data recently released by the AFL-CIO labor union, most of the visa-holders are less than 35-years-old and most likely from India. About half work in computer-related occupations.
